OSP Oil & Gas shall provide high quality and cost effective Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Installation Services that meet Customers and interested parties needs and expectations with due emphasis on Asset Integrity and Technical Safety.
Consequently, we shall ensure customer satisfaction and commitment to all applicable requirements including customer, relevant regulation and the ISO 9001:2015 requirements. This policy statement shall provide the framework for the establishment for quality objectives, and shall be reviewed regularly to ensure that it remain appropriate and relevant to our services.
It is therefore my directive that this policy be communicated, understood and be continually improved by all staff at different levels in our organization. Management shall ensure that the resources are made available for the achievement of the defined objectives

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
At OSP, we understand the importance of Health, Safety and Environment as factors that aid productivity. As a result, we highly value the safety of out personnel, clients, assets, the environment and hold this in very high esteem.
Hence we ensure to keep our environment safe for work and habitation for the communities surrounding the areas of our operations by being sensitive to their needs.
We are currently operating on zero LTI (Lost TIme Injury) and have put in place all necessary procedures, policies and KPI to ensure that our standard of zero LTI is maintained.
Our operations and services are both performed and rendered such that the following can be achieved;
- Embedding HSE thoughts as an important part of our business plans, decisions and operations.
- Showing responsibility and accountability toward HSE related issues.
- Adhering to relevant laws, legislations and industry standards
- Minimizing to the barest minimum possible, the risks that may rise from operations so that zero LTI can be achieved.
- Making the HSE policy available to all employees and the concerned public.
- Keeping the assets of the company and clients secured.
- Preserving the security and safety of staff and the general public that may be affected by our operations.
